I&#039;m also looking forward to dot web coming out, though I&#039;m not sure why it is needed when we have dot ws, which stands for website.

I don&#039;t mind a dot net for certain things, including sites that target search engines.  I just can&#039;t, in good conscious, recommend anything but dot com to anyone starting a site.   If you are going to apply yourself to the site, spend $100.00 and buy the dot com domain you want from the person holding it.  Otherwise, you&#039;ll regret it later.</description>

		<description>In all honesty I think that dotCOM will always be king, second will be a handful of ccTLDs.

If you want that international wow factor, dotCOM is known worldwide. If you are only concerned with you local wow factor, than of course you local tld is great as well.

Myself I like the .net extension. I like how it looks and sounds. But that is just me. My site is hosted on a dotCOM.
