Andy - Do you use a feed reader? I can see using your MyBlogLog community to visit your favorite websites, but it would be a lot quicker and more convenient to use a feed reader! :)

I've had to make adjustments to the widget as well, which helps. I also use the MyAvatars Wordpress plugin to use your MyBlogLog avatar on your posts, but it still seems many people that comment don't have a MyBlogLog account, so I've considered removing it. I do like having an avatar with a post, however, as I think it personalizes it a little bit.

Garry - I'm in a similar situation, but rather than projects its 50 hour work weeks and a 2 month old at home ;)

I've enjoyed making guides in the past and they've gotten a pretty good response, so I may get around to making one eventually.

It looks like your sites are really taking off, so I'm guessing all your work is paying off!

P.S. My fee is $1,000.00 an hour and I can't guarantee any results.

I have way too much work on my desk already. LOL!!!

I am actually looking to hire people for all the projects I have going right now.

I need to figure out a way to clone myself twenty times.

Kyle, I like MBL. I use it almost everyday to go to my fav blogs and a good way to get in touch with fellow users. I have also find that it is a great way to discover good sites.

I don't have much problem with loading after I made the widget smaller and showed less recent visitors.

What I am afraid is spamming will eventually turn people away from using it. Also, people using "inappropriate" avatars for their sites doesn't help neither :P

Garry,

You make some good arguments for MyBlogLog. I guess I can see how it might benefit someone more who has multiple websites.

Maybe a good guide to MyBlogLog is in order ;) Get to work!

Why I Value MyBlogLog.com

Effective Marketing: For me... MyBlogLog is a way to tell people about my sites. People who are actually interested in visting and checking them out. I get tons of interested visitors from MyBlogLog.com.
Stats: MyBlogLog.com's traffic stats and analysis is great. I even pay for their premium service. I look at their stats program as an easier to understand and utilize version of Google Analytics.

MyBlogLog.com seems to be a mystery to many people. What is it? What do I do there? Etc.... But for me, I find MyBlogLog.com very useful and a resource to my sites.
