Top Commenters Posts
March 10th, 2007
I’ve noticed a new trend around the blogosphere lately to help encourage more people to take the time to comment on their blog.  As long as your comments extend or contribute to the conversation in some way, they are always welcome here and even encouraged. Here are a few links to some of the great work done by my top commenters so far:
- GarryConn has a post up about How Much Money is Google AdSense Making You?!? Throughout the post and comments Garry takes a look at Google AdSense and gives ideas on how to improve your blog’s income.
- FreeSiteBuilder.com takes a look at some things you need to know when it comes to domain names.
- Andy over at MathPoints.com takes a look at How to Add a Search Box in the New Blogger Template.
Want me to highlight one of your posts here? Its simple! Get involved by commenting and joining in on the conversation.

Kyle, thanks for your mention
No problem Andy. Keep up the good work on your site!
I can see Google really not liking this one. I have heard some fairly big names in SEO claming that Google has wiped out the potential to get link juice through blogs. I found a site a while back that had less than 3,000 links and a PR7 and a good proprtion of their good links came from relevent blogs that didn’t have nofollow on the comments.
P.S. Well done on the Alexa ranking.
I hate it when I get comments where they sound like they haven’t even read what I wrote! Such insincerity
With regard to your reference to Gary’s posting, I’ll tell you how much Google AdSense is making me …. about 1/3rd less than it did last year, I really must try harder!
Regards
P.S. Can you make the font of your maths checking line a bit bigger? I can’t work out if that’s a minus or a division sign there… so I got it wrong.
Oooh it’s a plus!
Many congratulations for all the top commenters. What’s the awards for them?
