Brown – I was a little disappointed also. As a result, I’m still on 2.1 I do love my UTW though. I have it integrated with my categories and my SEO Pack plugin. Hopefully the tagging will work in a similar fashion.

Ryan – I am the same way. I never have a problem waiting for a feature if they are wanting to make sure it is done right.

I too was looking forward to tags in WordPress 2.2, but I would rather them get it perfect before it gets released. I might have to install WordPress 2.3 in its current state on a test site to see how things are going and how they decided to implement the tag system.

I was disappointed when the tags feature wasn’t included with the 2.2 release. It looks like 2.3 is going to be great. Thanks for the heads up buddy.

No problem about stopping by , I really like your website and I can only hope that you’ll like mine . I like your response and all I can add is this is a great form of appreciation of someones work ( in this case , a blogger named Lorelle which we all know ) .

Maybe in time you’ve noticed that combining long posts with short ones , you get the best results .

Christian, thanks for stopping by! Yes, I try to keep it shorter if possible for two reasons.

1) It is more likely to be read.

2) Someone else wrote the bulk of the content (in this case Lorelle), so I try to only tease a little so people will click over to see the full content and get Lorelle a page view, etc.

P.S : Something is messed with your code , the sidebar on singleposts doesnâ€™t show up correctly .

I was doing a few minor changes to the site and it temporarily was having problems with the sidebar, but that should be fixed now. Thanks for the heads up!

Although the article is a bit short , you’ve covered quite a big amount of information . Now that you’ve revealed some of the futures that are going to be available in the future versions of Wordpress , you’ve got me excited as well , can’t wait to get my hands on a new WP release .
