Firefox Extension: Better GReader
May 21st, 2007
Lifehacker has followed up their Better Gmail and Better GCal with a new Firefox extension called Better GReader. With the number of users Google Reader has, this one will probably be the most popular one yet.
For those unaware with this series of extensions, they allow you to activate various Greasemonkey scripts without installing the Greasemonkey extension by simply selecting them out of a menu. Currently it looks like they have 3 scripts in there, but I’m sure more will be available in future releases.
If you use Google Reader and Firefox, do yourself a favor and get this extension!

Haven’t decided how I feel about this extension yet. I don’t like that script for better subscribe.
Engtech – You can uncheck the appropriate boxes for the scripts you don’t want to use
So, lifehacker.com is being a little biznatch and isn’t loading for me, any chance you could disclose the greasemonky scripts that are included in the better greader extension? THANKS!!!
Kremlin – I’ve covered most of them in my post Best of: Greasemonkey Scripts.
That was quick, thanks buddy!
No problem! I happened to be at my PC when you left the comment
