Over the last few months, Facebook has received a lot of praise for creating a Facebook platform that allows anyone to create Facebook applications for their popular social service. It has become so popular that there are currently close to 2,000 Facebook applications available to add to your profile. Is it just me, or is Facebook quickly becoming a one stop shop for information? How many of you now have your Facebook profile set as your homepage?

I’m so glad I found that flog application. What a great way to promote your blog?
I also found an in built fantasy football (soccer) game that I’m building a team with as I speak!
The Flog one is definitely at the top of my list.
Yeah, I saw this application, but it looked like it is only for soccer? I would love one for American Football.
I love the Flog one as well, although while researching for this post I was surprised there are a few others that work in a similar fashion. I still felt Flog was best.
Great post.. stumbled!
I signed up on Facebook but haven’t put the time to explore it completely.. Maybe one of these days, I will!
Karthik – Add me as a friend or e-mail me your profile link because I couldn’t find you on there. K? TKS!
Oh, and thanks for the Stumble! It is appreciated!
I have never used Facebook, still then this is a great post. Stumbled.
Kyle.. I just added you and sent you a message there.
I can tell it is a really cool application with a lot of Facebook apps being developed and I get sucked into stuff like that like a tin can in a tornado! Firefox, WordPress.. I can see my next time swallowing coming up! And I love it..
Here’s another news application…http://apps.facebook.com/thenewsroom
This is a great wishlist/social shopping application. It lets you search for products from thousands of retailers and add them to your wishlist.
