I’m not a big Twitter user (I don’t understand the fascination with helping people stalk you, but thats for another post), but I know many of you are.  

As with anything that is high in demand, it will eventually end up with Firefox extensions.  Twitter is no exception, and Mashable has created what looks to be a good list of 8 Firefox extensions for Twitter.
