We used to use the Ultimate Tag Warrior as well, but it can add some overhead to your site. You should consider switching to the Simple Tagging Plugin…it has some nice unique features to it and can import your UTW tags. My favorite thing is that it recommends tags for each post based upon the content, so it makes scouring through your tags a painless process.

Whoa! I use all these plugins already plus more! I’ve never used the UTW plugin till date, but as you said, the all in one SEO pack makes up for that now!

Bush – Thank you. That related posts link should work, if not let me know and I’ll find it (it has moved around a lot lately).

Deepak – Glad you found the list useful. There are many other “must use” plugins for certain types of blogs, but the above 10 should get you started.

Russell – If you’re able to get it set up correctly, you should definitely use it. Your page views will at least double with using it.

Mark – All-in-One SEO is a lot to learn because it does everything, at least as far as your meta tags go. Just set up your name, tags, and description for your homepage in the options and use the settings to automatically generate the tags for individual posts. You can have it use your categories as tags, then go into UTW and have it put your categories into your UTW tags (hope that makes sense, hehe). Maybe I’ll have to make a more detailed post with pictures and stuff, but in the meantime click over to the post I did on All-in-One SEO, where I went into greater detail. And yes, that is how I get related posts in my feed!

Rhys – I written about the Gamer’s Pack here before a couple of months ago. I definitely think everyone should use it. I have a Wii also and do access my website from it; however, even if I didn’t, others may want to view this site on their Wii, PSP, Nintendo DS.

I’m still trying to get my head around that All-in-one SEO pack. So many things to choose from on that one. And when you add UTW to it….my eyes start to cross. But I’m determined to bend them to my will!

I’ve tried most of the other ones, but I think next on my list will be the related posts. My blog’s theme already does that, so not sure if it’s any different.
